At this time Ujima is not requiring masks or proof of vaccination for any of our productions/events.
Ujima Company’s policies will continue to evolve as conditions change. We will continue to act in accordance to current laws and regulations.
Feeling Sick?
We ask that patrons who are not feeling well to please stay home and contact Ujima Company’s Box Office at boxoffice@ujimacoinc.org or 716-281-0092 to discuss ticketing options.
Theater Seating
Seats in the Lorna C. Hill Theater are available at floor level and on risers. For floor seats it it best to arrive to the theater prior to doors opening to ensure a seat. Seating will not be socially distanced.
Handicapped and wheelchair seating are available at all performances.
Subscriptions
If you purchased a season subscription you have pre-selected all performance dates for the season. Please refer to your subscription receipt to review your selected performance dates. Transferring subscription tickets to a new preferred date is possible while seats are available. Please contact the Box Office if you wish to transfer your ticket to another performance date. We can only guarantee subscription ticket holders a seat to the selected show on your subscription package.
Other Protocols
Use of an industrial grade “air-scrubber” will be conducted prior to and after all in-person events in the theater space.
EPA approved cleaning products are used along with rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols.
Food and Beverage
Ujima Company at this time does not offer concessions. We ask patrons to refrain from bringing any food or beverage into the theater besides water.
